Orders

All orders are subject to availability and items in your shopping cart are not booked or confirmed until payment is completed. Pre-ordered shipping dates are subject to change due to the dates of manufacture and delivery to us. If you have expressed interest in a product through the Back In Stock wish list function, we will notify you by email as soon as the product is available.
Refunds & Refunds Goods that have been proven to have been damaged upon receipt will be replaced by Blues & Soul Records. In case the specific product is not available, your money will be refunded. They must return to Blues & Soul Records as they were sent (unless a photo is provided prior to shipment) within 30 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected during transport.
